The journey of Finca Ogawa begins in 1989 from driving, trekking and fly-fishing a huge part of Argentina from the cold waters of Tierra del Fuego to the Dorado filled rivers in the Salta province. After these thousands of kilometers of exploration a decision was made, Mendoza was the place for us! Mendoza is heart and soul of the wine culture of Argentina, with spectacular Andes Mountain backdrops, a natural abundance of clean pure water and land, and over 300 days of low humidity & sunny sunshine.

Finca Ogawa is a situated in the heart of the Mendoza wine country in Valle de Uco. Valle de Uco is a unique place in the world, recognized as one of the 8 Great Wine Capitals, with a pristine environment and ideal year-round weather.

In the last 7 years we have recycled 27 acres of old apple orchard into a diverse self sustaining farm and vineyard: Finca Ogawa. We have recycled the old existing home into a quiet and affordable Posada or B&B for our world trekking friends.

Over the years most of our friends and visitors have fallen in love with both the area and the tranquil pace here on the finca. A place to forget about national debt, health care reform, and wars in far away lands. A place to once again think in the possibilities of a better life based on quality and real experiences, a place to get your hands dirty.

We have available for an adventurous few 9 finac parcels from ½ to 1 acre in size within the borders of our current operational Finca Ogawa.

These mini finca all have spectacular views of the Andes Mountains. Pure clean artesian quality water, and electricity to each finca site. Keep a horse, grow some grapes of your own, plant orchard, or simply relax.
